What we believe — 2026

Eight things we'll fight you on.

01.

A guide should be a person, not a script.

Most tour-op "guides" read from a corporate PDF. Ours grew up here. They will, occasionally, get sidetracked. That's the point.

02.

Itineraries should breathe.

A trip with no white space is not a trip — it's a series of obligations. We design naps in.

03.

You should know what your guide eats for breakfast.

Trust comes from specifics. Anyone who claims to be "passionate" is selling you something.

04.

Armenia is a small country. Visit it small.

Twelve people on a bus is not how to meet a place. We cap groups at 8, often 2.

05.

No payment until we agree on the trip.

Money before clarity is a scam. Our planners write back free. You pay when the plan fits.

06.

Family-run guesthouses, not branded hotels.

You came to Armenia. The Marriott is in Boston.

07.

A guide who can't cook isn't a guide.

At least one meal on every trip is in someone's home.

08.

If you don't love it, we make it right.

Eight years, 3,000+ trips. We've never not figured it out.
