Об этом туре

Escape the city and surrender to the rhythm of Armenia's highlands.

This four-day wellness journey takes you through **alpine ski resorts**,

**ancient Silk Road passes**, **dramatic red-rock canyons**, **legendary

wine villages**, and the **spa capital of the Caucasus — Jermuk**.

Unlike a typical sightseeing tour, this route is designed around

**restoration as much as discovery**. Mornings bring monastery walks

and ropeway rides above the clouds. Afternoons unfold through

vine-covered valleys and canyon monasteries. Evenings end with

mineral water tastings, lakeside walks, and thermal pools.

A journey for travellers who want to **feel** Armenia, not just see it.

Ride the cable car up **Mount Teghenis** for sweeping panoramic views

over the Armenian highland ridges. In winter a ski resort, in warmer

months a peaceful alpine escape above the clouds.

11:00 — Kecharis Monastery

A short walk into the heart of Tsaghkadzor leads to this beautifully

preserved **11th–13th century monastic complex**. Four interconnected

churches surrounded by pine trees — calm, photogenic, and rarely crowded.

### 14:00 — Lake Sevan & Sevanavank Monastery

Walk the rocky peninsula out to the **9th-century hilltop monastery**

overlooking one of the largest high-altitude freshwater lakes in the world.

### 15:00 — Lakeside Lunch

Fresh **ishkhan (Sevan trout)** or grilled sig (whitefish) at a

restaurant on the lake shore — one of Armenia's great simple pleasures.

**Evening:** Leisurely walk along the Sevan shoreline. Check in to your hotel.

---

## Day 2 — Silk Road Pass, Wine Country & Red Canyons

Breakfast at your hotel.

### 09:00 — Vardenyats Pass (Selim Pass)

preserved caravanserais on the ancient Silk Road, sitting at

**2,410 metres** above sea level.

### 11:30 — Areni-1 Cave

Visit the archaeological site where the **world's oldest winery** was

discovered — over **6,100 years** of winemaking history beneath your feet.

### 13:00 — Wine Tasting & Lunch

A private session at a family-run winery featuring the legendary

**indigenous Areni Noir grape**. Paired with local cheeses, dried

mountain fruits, and a home-style lunch.

### 15:30 — Noravank Monastery

Set inside a narrow canyon of **towering red and ochre cliffs**, this

13th-century two-storey monastery glows in the afternoon light.

**Evening:** Drive to Jermuk. Check in to your spa resort. Gentle walk

around Jermuk's central lake promenade.

A beautiful gallery of fountains dispensing **natural thermal mineral

waters** at different temperatures and mineral compositions — straight

outdoor hot geysers in the surrounding highlands.
